Beginning his legal career at FDA, Jarred Reiling is an FDA and life-sciences attorney with over 10 years’ experience in FDA and healthcare regulatory compliance, risk assessments, investigations and enforcement actions, and litigation involving FDA-regulated products.
From market-leading companies to mid-markets and start-ups, Jarred advised clients in the pharmaceutical, medical device, tobacco, cannabis, and healthcare sectors with regulatory strategy and compliance, Congressional and parallel investigations, enforcement actions, and white-collar and bet-the-company litigation. He has helped clients navigate expansion into new market opportunities by developing multifaceted yet streamlined approaches to balance risk mitigation with commercial success.
